About the Opportunity
Based in Henderson, the Warehouse Storeperson will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. This hands on role is focused on maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment, assisting with inventory control, and contributing to the smooth flow of goods through the business. Working closely with the wider Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Storeperson helps ensure operational objectives and customer requirements are met.

What’s Involved
- Provide a high level of service to internal stakeholders, ensuring tools, materials and equipment are available to support operational requirements.
- Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods in accordance with warehouse procedures and required timeframes.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including loading and unloading vehicles and managing yard activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through stock takes, cycle counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Process warehouse transactions, including receipting, issuing stock and updating inventory systems.
- Support the coordination of freight, deliveries and general warehouse logistics activities.
- Assist with PPE distribution, consumables management and other warehouse support functions.
- Contribute to a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment and comply with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with the wider Supply Chain and Operations teams.
You’ll Need
Essential
- Current forklift license
- Current driver’s license (manual licence is advantageous)
- 2+ years relevant Warehousing and Logistics experience (experience within Marine Support, Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence organisation is advantageous)
- High level of attention to detail with accurate receipting, inventory handling, and system transactions (ERP experience preferred)
- Strong commitment to health & safety, with good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable
- Dangerous Goods (DG) handling experience
- Certificate III in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Participation in High Performing Team training
- Experience using ERP system IFS for receipting, inventory, and transactions
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
